As definições da relação ao saber: um estudo inicial acerca da obra de Bernard Charlot

Abstract

This research is an initial study that seeks to analyze the definitions of the Relation to Knowledge based on the work of Bernard Charlot. The methodology was woven through the analysis of some publications by the aforementioned author. As a result, we found that the definitions presented by Charlot in his Work, present evolutionary characteristics and are complementary to each other, so that the relations of value and meaning are related to the subject's relationship with the world, as it relates to the another and with yourself. In this way, we recognize this set of relationships – Relationship with the world, with the other and with oneself – as being the likely canonical definition of the relationship to knowledge. Finally, we believe that more researches developed in this area can be added to those of Charlot, in order to present their own definitions in broader contexts, beyond the problem of school failure, studied by the author.
