Abstract

Education is fundamental for every human being needing innovations at all times.That is why it is necessary to add knowledge and pedagogical practices that facilitate the learning process.School reinforcement is a mechanism that identifies the individual difficulties of each student and takes him on a profitable path towards school success. The objective of the work is to analyze how the School Reinforcement can improve the learning process and motivate the student so that there is no dropout and low school performance. A literature search was performed using the Google Scholar search tool and the Scielo database. The study showed how much students lack structure at school, family and educational support to build their worthy futurethe. school reinforcement works in the field and it is up to the teacher and the coordinator to take the responsibility of evaluating each student to refer to reinforcement when necessary, in addition to including the family to contribute to the stimulation of the individual. children whose families are active in education were found to have a tendency to be safer and determined to overcome daily challenges.In addition, teachers need time to develop and apply activities and the school resources so that the learning process is continuous.
