Estratégias de produção lítica e variabilidade tecnofuncional dos instrumentos do Sítio Manguezal (Laranjeiras-SE)

Abstract

This work examines the lithic production strategies and the techno-functional variability of the tools evidenced at the Manguezal Site, located in Laranjeiras, Sergipe. The research aimsn to understand the technological behavior of the artisans in the region using a techno-functional approach, which encompasses both technological aspects and the functional possibilities of the tools. 994 lithic pieces from the collection were analyzed. Among the main objectives, the definition of the stages of the operational chain carried out at the site itself stands out, as well as an analysis of the technology and the Techno-Functional Units present in the instruments. The methodology employed consisted of the classification and general analysis of the pieces and the study of the stigmas related to lithic production, which was complemented by a comparative reading among the different classes analyzed. Therefore, the research seeks to provide new insights into the earliest human occupations in Sergipe and to expand knowledge about the technical systems of these groups.

Ce travail examine les stratégies de production lithique et la variabilité techno-fonctionnellen des instruments mis en évidence sur le site de Manguezal, situé à Laranjeiras, Sergipe. La recherche vise à comprendre le comportement technologique des artisans de la région en utilisant une approche techno-fonctionnelle, qui englobe à la fois des aspects technologiques et des possibilités fonctionnelles des instruments. Un total de 994 pièces lithiques de la collection ont été analysées. Parmi les principaux objectifs, on peut noter la définition des étapes de la chaîne opératoire réalisées sur place, ainsi qu'une analyse de la technologie et des Unités Techno-Fonctionnelles présentes dans les instruments. La méthodologie employée a consisté en la classification et l'analyse générale des pièces, ainsi qu'en l'étude des stigmates liés à la production lithique, qui a été complétée par une lecture comparative entre les différentes classes analysées. Ainsi, la recherche vise à fournir de nouvelles perspectives sur les premières occupations humaines dans le Sergipe et à élargir les connaissances sur les systèmes techniques de ces groupes.
