| Resumen: | Este trabalho teve como objetivo identificar o estado do conhecimento sobre as atribuições legais do secretário executivo, a partir de produções científicas publicadas no período de 2013-2017, em periódicos científicos do campo do Secretariado, com classificação Qualis no quadriênio 2013-2016. A pesquisa foi motivada pela intenção de compreender as dificuldades e lacunas ao se desenvolver pesquisas na área, bem como investigar meios que possibilitassem delimitar informações e elaborar análises acerca das produções no campo do Secretariado, considerou-se também o interesse pessoal da pesquisadora. Conforme a necessidade de delimitação do foco do estudo percebeu-se a viabilidade do estudo sobre o “estado do conhecimento”, optando-se pelo mapeamento sistemático como método de pesquisa, considerando sua eficiência para se determinar a quantidade de publicações nos periódicos investigados, com classificação Qualis, visando atender ao objetivo da pesquisa, no que se refere às atribuições legais do secretário executivo. A investigação foi realizada por meio de um levantamento manual bibliográfico, tendo como base três revistas científicas: “Secretariado Executivo em Revista”, “Revista Expectativa” e “Revista Gesec”, das quais se analisou os resumos de todos os artigos publicados naquele quadriênio. A partir da contribuição primordial do estudo do estado do conhecimento e desse mapeamento, inferiu-se da pesquisa, com o aprofundamento de análises sobre os materiais coletados, a caracterização do cenário dessas produções em relação à abordagem sobre as atribuições legais do secretário executivo, que ainda incipiente, os resultados apontam para um despertar para produção científica na área. |
| Resumen : | The objective of this study was to identify the state of knowledge about the legal responsibilities of the executive secretary, from scientific production published in the period 2013-17, in scientific journals in the field of the Secretariat, with the Qualis classification in the Quadrennium 2013-2016. The study was motivated by the intention to understand the difficulties and gaps to develop research in the area, as well as investigating ways that could define information and prepare analyzes about the productions in the field of the Secretariat, it was also considered the personal interest of the researcher. As the need for delimitation of the focus of the study was realized the feasibility study on the "state of knowledge", opting for the systematic mapping as a method of research, considering its efficiency to determine the quantity of publications in journals investigated, with the Qualis classification, aiming to meet the aims of the research, as regards the legal responsibilities of the executive secretary. The research was conducted by means of a bibliographic survey manual, taking as a basis three scientific journals: "The Executive Secretariat in Magazine", "expectation" and "Gesec Magazine", which analyzed the abstracts of all articles published in the quadrennium. From the primary contribution of the study of the state of knowledge and mapping, inferred from research, with the deepening of analysis on the collected materials, characterization of the scenario of these crops in relation to the approach on the legal responsibilities of the Executive Secretary. |
