| Resumo : | Os programas de Logística Reversa no varejo veem sendo cada vez mais ampliado tendo em vista a necessidade de diferenciação no mercado, um bom relacionamento com os clientes e a responsabilidade social das organizações no cumprimento das legislações ambientais. Deste modo, este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar os fluxos de gerenciamento pós-venda e pós- consumo em uma empresa varejista de eletroeletrônicos e propor melhorias no processo de gerenciamento reverso da logística por meio da aplicação de ferramentas da abordagem Lean, Gestão à Vista, benchmarking e brainstorming. Tendo em vista que nos dois meses analisados as mercadorias acumulavam um capital de R$ 39.452,89. Para isso a classificação dos estoques pelo método ABC, priorizou a classe A, constatando pelo ROI (Retorno sobre o Investimento) que 74,37% das mercadorias em questão, tendem a gerar maior retorno caso estejam disponíveis para a venda, contribuindo também para a diminuição dos custos de estoque. |
| Abstract: | The retail Reverse Logistics programs are increasingly being expanded in view of the need for differentiation in the market, a good relationship with customers and the social responsibility of organizations in complying with environmental laws. Thus, this paper aims to analyze the after- sales and post-consumer management flows in an propose improvements in the reverse logistics management process through the application of Lean and Green approach tools. View, benchmarking and brainstorming. Given that in the two months analyzes the goods accumulated a capital of $ 9.477,02 dollars. For this, the classification of inventories by the ABC method, prioritized the class A, noting by ROI (Return on Investment) that 74.37% of the goods in question, tend to generate higher return if available for sale, also contributing to the decrease in inventory costs. |
