| Resumo: | Esse estudo tem como objetivo averiguar as perspectivas relacionadas à telessaúde na área de nutrição. Refere-se a uma revisão integrativa, realizada em maio de 2022, nas bases científicas BVS (Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde) e PUBMED. Os descritores utilizados foram “telenutrition”, “telehealth” e “nutrition”. Utilizando o descritor “telenutrition”, foram encontrados, na base BVS, 15 estudos relativos ao tema. Na base PUBMED, utilizando o mesmo descritor, 17 estudos foram encontrados. Já utilizando os descritores “telehealth” e “nutrition”, com o boleador “and” 389 estudos na BVS e 244 estudos na PUBMED. Observou-se na análise do número de publicações sobre telessaúde e nutrição e telenutrição que os estudos vêm crescendo exponencialmente nos últimos anos, com destaque a partir de 2017 e pico em 2021, refletindo a pandemia de COVID-19. Concluiu-se que o tema telenutrição é relevante para melhor desfecho do tratamento dos pacientes que necessitam da terapia nutricional. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to investigate the perspectives related to telehealth in the area of nutrition. It refers to a bibliometric analysis, carried out in May 2022, in the scientific bases BVS (Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde) and PUBMED. The descriptors used were “telenutrition”, “telehealth” and “nutrition”. Using the descriptor “telenutrition”, 15 studies related to the topic were found in the BVS database. In the PUBMED database, using the same descriptor, 17 studies were found. Using the descriptors “telehealth” and “nutrition”, 389 studies in BVS and 244 studies in PUBMED. It was observed in the analysis of the number of publications on telehealth and nutrition and telenutrition in the selected bases that the studies have been growing exponentially over the last few years, especially from 2017 and peak in 2021, reflecting the COVID-19 pandemic. It was concluded that the telenutrition theme is of great importance for a better treatment outcome with relevance to the follow-ups of patients who need nutritional therapy. |
