i-Educar - Sistema Integrado e Centralizado de Gestão Escolar: implantação e suas aplicações nas escolas municipais no município de São Miguel dos Campos - AL

Abstract

The article is the result of a research carried out with the objective of analyzing the application of the free software i-Educar (Integrated and Centralized System of School Management), which assists in the management of educational information, pointing to the feasibility of its implementation in the municipality of São Miguel dos Campos, in the State of Alagoas. In which it was sought to question how the implementation of the I-Educar software can contribute to the improvement of the administrative praxis of the educational institutions of the municipal system. A literature review was carried out in order to theoretically substantiate the theme in question, the research approach is qualitative that consists of the case study, which performed data collection through a questionnaire with school assistants and school secretary using the Survey Monkey app. Therefore, after data collection and with the results obtained, it was concluded that I-Educar proved to be a free software that has tools that enable the school management process, by presenting access to favorable information in decision making. Thus, it is observed that the proposed objective was achieved and that the results may encourage and propose new actions in the educational field and new research.
