Abstract

The thesis entitled ''Tecnologia Social da Memória (TSM) e Adequações Sociotécnicas (AST) do Instituto Museu da Pessoa.net'' investigated the methodology created and developed by this institute, certified in 2019 by the ''Fundação Banco do Brasil (FBB)'' through ''Transforma!: Rede de Tecnologias Sociais'', from which the institute systematized the collection of the Museu da Pessoa's digital platform, an exclusively virtual museum, aimed at recording the memories of any or all people and communities. To this end, the general objective was to analyze the ''Tecnologia Social da Memória (TSM) '' created and developed by the ''Instituto Museu da Pessoa.net'' in the context of social memory in neoliberalism, observing changes in people's narrated memories. The methodology defined for the scope of the investigation has the character of documentary analysis, comprising the catalogs that recorded the application of this Social Technology (TS) in communities, books, manuals published by the institute as demarcators of the technology and data from the museum's collection, accessed by through the digital platform at <acervo. Museudapessoa.net>. Through successive virtual visits to this collection, it was possible to mirror the content displayed in the file ''AcervoMdP.txt'', a documentary corpus built in UTF-8 encoding, compatible with the free software Iramuteq, which carried out textual statistical analysis of 99 91% of the stories published in the collection, generating graphical representations of metadata organized from the file in a database format. After reviews on the topic of social memory together with theories from sociological traditions applied to the museum as the virtual empirical field of investigation that stores the results of the ''Tecnologia Social da Memória (TSM) '', the final phase of the investigation was conducted through of field research at the headquarters of the ''Museu da Pessoa'', located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo/SP with the recording through images and reproduction of the work perspective by the operational leadership who welcomed us in the field, an agent from the Museu da Pessoa with more than 10 (ten) years of work experience on site, as well as with the application and obtaining of two answers to three themes defined in a questionnaire relating to the investigation, one of the answers provided by the founding agent of the ''Museu da Pessoa'', creator of ''Tecnologia Social da Memória (TSM)'', entrepreneur and activist for the UN 2030 Agenda, historian and doctor in humanities, rights and other legitimacy from the University of São Paulo (USP), Karen Worcman. The results of the research in the virtual empirical field and with participant observation in the empirical field of the headquarters of the Museu da Pessoa defined in Becker's methodology (1993) confirmed the general hypothesis that, with the appeal of intending to transform stories of each and every person into heritage of humanity, the leading agents of this place promote changes in people's narrated memories in a controlled manner through the adjustments of ''Tecnologia Social da Memória (TSM)'' with the values of entrepreneurship and social activism given by a type of reading given to the 2030 Agenda of UN, inserting the ''Museu da Pessoa.net'' Institute into the chain of operations that advocate new techniques of power guided by psychopolitics, thereby becoming a constitutive agent of the social memory of our time, the society of performance and fatigue in neoliberalism.
