Gestão do benefício do programa bolsa família : autonomia feminina

Abstract

The present Term Paper had as central theme the Bolsa Família Program. The general objective of the research consisted in an analysis on how is made the management of the benefit by the woman, in addition, it was sought to identify if the Program is able to promote autonomy in the life of the beneficiaries. The specific objectives were to identify the profile of the users interviewed, to understand the importance of the benefit in the life of these women and what the monetary value of the Program represents in the family budget. It was approached the operation of the Bolsa Família Program: objectives, eligibility criteria, target public and conditionalities. The work was constructed through literature and empirical research of qualitative and quantitative character conducted through semi-structured questionnaires, applied to fifty (50) women beneficiaries of the Bolsa Família Program in the state of Sergipe. The theoretical approach used was the dialectical method, by virtue of being the most consistent with the social sciences, allows to problematize with greater depth the subject and object relationship. Among the results obtained, it was noticed that the PBF has played a very important role in the life of the beneficiaries, granting basic resources for family survival. However, when it comes to the strengthening of the feminine gender, there are some contradictions, since, in the same way that woman is a priority choice in the ownership of the benefit, enabling them to obtain purchasing power, decision and greater autonomy. On the other hand, it is noted that through of conditionalities the Program contributes to the crystallization of daily practices related to domestic and family care.
